"No hair dryer, not a single hanger and the staff propped open a door that was supposed to be locked. We were told that they prop it open because the card reader is broken on that door (at the back of the building) and they had already spent $1700 trying to fix it. It was propped open with a rock. We took the rock several times and the staff repeatedly put it back."

"The owners are wonderful, and we enjoyed talking with them. Our room was very spacious and clean. There were cookies, chocolate, and mints in our room. The speakeasy had awesome drinks and food. The complimentary coffee in the common area was appreciated and the Sunday brunch was delicious! We only visited for one night as we were traveling through, but our stay was very enjoyable!"
