"Check-in was at 4pm. I was told my room wasn't available and would have to wait 15-20 minutes - I waited 53 minutes. My friend arrived shortly before 5pm and she was also told her room was not ready, but wasn't given a time frame. She put her things in my room and we stopped at the front desk on the way to our concert around 6pm where she asked to pick up the key afterwards as it still was not ready."

"The hotel is lovely and well kept and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a beautiful building. And obviously very well cared for.
I stayed in a suite on the top floor - the suite was extremely hot when i arrived. Unfortunately the aging AC system could never keep up and my stay was very uncomfortable. Very hot and restless nights. I informed the front desk the first night and they did provide a box fan which helped somewhat. But I would not stay again for this reason. I was...
