"I loved everything about this stay and look forward to coming back."

"I don’t know how the reviews here are so glowing. This place looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the 90s. The rooms are insanely outdated, the fluorescent lighting makes you feel like you’re in a motel. The staff at the desk and the valets were not friendly. One of the valets honked at me because he thought it was his coworker. Anyway, place sucks, stay somewhere else like the Siren. That place rocks."

"There's no fridge or microwave in the room, and the only ice machine is in the basement, and you have to wait for the service elevator to get there."

"Such a memorable stay at Shinola. From check in to check out all of the staff members were warm and welcoming. Terrance is the sweetest! The room was amazing and all of the bar/dining experiences were delicious. Cannot say enough good things about this property. We celebrated our anniversary at Shinola and it was an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to go back!"
