"Very strange check-in encounter. After confirming I booked/paid for a two bed room with a pool I was given the option to wait for my room or choose a room ready now but without the view. I told them I’d wait. An older Indian gentlemen’s came over and told me they don’t have anymore rooms with a pool view or rooms with 2 beds. Confused I told him I felt I should get what I paid for.
