"Negative remarks: 1. No coffee maker in the room and no complementary coffee in the lobby. This combination doesn't make for a good impression. 2. Room was tired looking. "The hotel overall was a good experience. I never knew the hotel had a breakfast or where it was at. The hotel is rather small, being so close to Times Square. With that said it was quiet and I couldn’t hear the noise of Times Square which is a huge plus! Don’t expect to get a view from your room. Our view was a brick wall, lol!! Unfortunately for the last 2 days of our stay the AC gave out and the room was very warm. We ended up leaving early to cool off at the airport before our flight home."

"Evelyn in reception was excellent. Very thorough and professional. Room was very dated. Air conditioner was hot when we arrived, eventually it cooled during the first night. AC did start leaking onto the rug, we notified reception desk our second day there and upon leaving. Beds were very comfortable. Ultimately if you dont care about luxury or amenities, this hotel is very close to times Square and Broadway."

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
