"Pay attention to your booking. They tried to give us a basic room at check after we paid $300 more to upgrade to a premium room. Also check your bill at check out. The property was okay. Staff could have been a bit more friendly. Food options were limited on the property. IMO it wasn’t worth the money we spent. "

"From reviews i had read, we were concerned about not being able to check in before 4PM. However, we arrived at 12:30pm and were able to get our room immediately. While the facility has some obvious older edges, we found everything clean and well kept. The room was comfortable with a great view of the harbour. Overall we had a great stay! "

"The location was beautiful, with sweeping views of the water and lots of wildlife, everything from birds to turtles to all kinds of fish. The resort itself was okay, but starting to look weathered/old and parts felt downright dirty, such as the waterfall pool.
