"5 star. But 4 star for parking and no spa for wife. But again, this is 5 star for me as the front desk was accommodating and made sure we were taking care of. Balmain products smelled so good. The pool was fantastic! Even in 60 degree weather and overcast, the pool was well heated and the jacuzzi was welcoming. I swam with my son for at least an hour without getting cold! "We have stayed here many times over the years. Great location on Mission Bay, yet only a short drive to Old Towne, Downtown, Sea World, Zoo, and Balboa Park. Staff is very cordial and helpful. The grounds are lushly landscaped and well maintained. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, and look to have been recently refurbished. Beds are very comfortable.
