"I have been staying at the Empire for many years with my family, the location is great, but this stay was not. I booked and prepaid for a specific room with bigger beds a month in advance through Expedia. I arrived about noontime and was told by the desk that check in was not until 3PM which I knew. I explained that we were going shopping and to dinner and would be back later, he said that it was not a problem. When we got back I was told that the room that I booked and prepaid for was no longer...

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Not a clean room I asked for a wheelchair Accessible shower chair before I got to the hotel. It wasn’t provided for me at night. You could not get into the hotel. The revolving doors would not open and a person had to physically open the door from the inside to let people out from the outside in very small elevators, extremely noisy, extremely dirty rooms"
