"La alfombra de la habitación necesita aspiradora. El colchón, las sábanas y toallas no olían bien. No tiene caja de seguridad. Elevadores sucios. Muchas gracias a Nelly del front desk, super amable.

"Estoy levantando una queja , me cobraron 2 veces los impuestos , en el hotel ! Y el desayuno del hotel nos cobraron 6 dólares por desayuno ! Cuando se supone que el paquete decía incluido . Y el gratis” estaba a una cuadra del hotel ! . Solo como dato para los extranjeros."

"Let’s be real, you’re only famous because of Gossip girl. The hotel isn’t anything amazing and it doesn’t match the pictures either. The rooms don’t have outlets in convenient spots, housekeeping took forever to clean the rooms, the decor is outdated. Don’t even get me started on the rooftop bar staff. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. It is absolutely NOT worth the hype. New York is full of scams and this place is one of them. Also...

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Not a clean room I asked for a wheelchair Accessible shower chair before I got to the hotel. It wasn’t provided for me at night. You could not get into the hotel. The revolving doors would not open and a person had to physically open the door from the inside to let people out from the outside in very small elevators, extremely noisy, extremely dirty rooms"
