"Left my parking ticket in the room and staff made it hard to get validation. Shower was tiny and could barely turn around. The walk to the convention center was long and had poor ventilation."

"Great location and friendly staff. Clean room as well."

"Very clean, friendly staff we liked the walking distance to Rosemont theatre and to the mall"

"Ok"

"The hotel is great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk staff are friendly and managed to put both my rooms connecting which made it easier for my family of 6, only small issue is waiting for towels , each time we called for towels it took 3 different calls for someone to bring them up, Other than that everything else was fine . I would say it gives more of a business type of environment, lobby is spacious with tables and outlets to allow you to work on your laptop if need be ....

"Usually stay here a couple times a year, always a good experience."
