From the cold, unwelcoming staff to the dirty, dated rooms to the old ugly dining areas with big heavy curtains and dark scratched floors-the hotel is clearly mismanaged. The entire place needs a good scrubbing, fresh coat of paint, and new furniture in the rooms as well as the dining areas! (looks like 1970’s card tables from walmart) "

One of the highlights was the pool area—it’s stunning, with a great hot tub and plenty of space to unwind. We especially enjoyed having our complimentary breakfast poolside, which made for such a peaceful and enjoyable start to the day. A special thank you to Dina, the concierge, who helped us plan our day and recommended a visit to the Key West Butterfly Sanctuary—it turned out to be an unforgettable experience! Also, the resort’s free shuttle service to downtown was incredibly convenient, and Jackie, the shuttle driver, was so friendly and helpful. Overall, this resort offers exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and thoughtful touches that make your stay truly special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Key West!"
