"The hotel it's beautiful but the staff from reception let it down, the gentleman make us feel more like arriving to a precint asking us for the identification and credit card. No giving us a warm welcome. Then, he gave us the last room (disabled room i might add). But the staff from the restaurant at breakfast, they were so helpful. I hope the hotel give more training to the staff at front of the house"

"We stayed here because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight.
We paid for the breakfast but we couldn’t take advantage of it because they don’t start serving early enough to accommodate people leaving before 7:00 am, so it was wasted money. They did give us a to go breakfast in a bag, no protein just sweet stuff so we didn’t eat any of it.
The room was ok but the condition of the shower head made the stay miserable.
It was in bad condition due to clogged spray openings. We...

"The hotel is conveniently located near Linate Airport. The shuttle is very practical. Family room is nice and offers everything we needed for a family of four. The food at the restaurant is expensive for what it is (just average). Without a car it is the only option for dinner. However the breakfast is lovely and prices fairly 12 Euros per person (children are free)."

"The staff were very nice and thankfully the bathroom was clean but that is all I can say. The property is very dated, like 1970s dated, our room reeked of smoke and loud music was blaring outside somewhere until at least midnight on a Tuesday night. The food from room service was gross tasting. There are porn channels on the tv…..
This is a stop n flop motel, NOT a hotel. "

"Camera tripla spaziosa e pulita. Personale al servizio tavoli non eccellente, con qualche incomprensione ( acqua x la cena arrivata al tavolo in una bottiglia di vetro con tappo a chiusura come usava 50 anni fa ) dal sapore e dalla temperatura sembrava acqua appena presa dal rubinetto. Colazione: alle 9,30 uova strapazzate già finite e nessuna aggiunta...Parcheggio sotterraneo ottimo, ampio e spaziosissimo. Location comoda per Leolandia e Le Cornelle."
