"When we checked in, the lady didn't tell me anything besides what our room number was. Not the hours of the pool, restaurant info, check out time, where anything was.
When we got to our room, it smelled very musty."

"We were disappointed in the pool area this visit because the hotel lets members reserve pool lounge chairs till 1pm.
Then there is an app that you can go on to reserve a pool lounger also. We did not know about this so it left very few chairs left available while no one was in the reserved chairs.
There is also an area that is designated/roped off that is for the guest that don’t have a reserved chair. It felt weird.
At check-in we weren’t told that our room came with breakfast. Thank...
