"Love the vibe and decor at this hotel. Very cozy and love all the little touches like the ice and refillable water bottle dispenser in the hall. The drawer frig, steamer instead of an iron, live music at night, great restaurant and best of all the location. It is close to everything from football to mlb to the mill district and Guthrie theater. Excellent!"

"A beautiful and welcoming hotel. Elegant entryway and smelled lovely. Room was spacious and nicely furnished and decorated- I felt I was at a small studio I lived in. Loved the location and proximity to shopping and services in downtown area. I parked there and felt very safe. Staff were very helpful."

"Ac was not available they offered us a fan. No way to get to get to hotel from garage without walking up ramp. Refrigerator warm asked for assistance but no one came. Sign that water off at 4 pm for renovations but water off 10am-4pm daily. The first day after water went off the hot water never came back on. We were told they were fixing the problem but that never happened"

"The parking information was TERRIBLE & the exit ticket didn't work twice; my husband was refused exit, walked all the way back to the hotel and was told "they couldn't do anything." "Hotel is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Atrium Bistro is ample and delicious. Beds are very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed very much.Only problems were due to lack of infomation on jExpedia site and poor communication from Expedia to Sheraton. We made reservations for 4, but had to ask for bath linens for 2 and breakfast for 2, since only 2 were accounted for in our reservation. If you don't request vouchers for breakfast at the desk, breakfast is $21!!...
