There were no amenities available, even if I was willing to pay for them. Additionally, the towels were of very poor quality."

They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
