"The staff at check-in were generally friendly and helpful. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The bathtub in my room had rust stains and was unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the hand soap was already running low on the first day and was never replenished despite me leaving the dispenser open as a reminder. I had to call for refill when I returned at night. I hope the hotel can pay closer attention to room maintenance and housekeeping to ensure a more...

"They were so family friendly! They provided me with all the stuff needed for my baby in advance. The housekeeping was great! The swimming pool was nice. The gym was lacking but it wasn’t a problem for us. Super close to the night market, good location. Free parking! Breakfast buffet was convenient but just alright - I would skip it next time since there are so many different restaurants around."

"部屋は清潔。アメニティは備え付けのハンドソープ、ボディーソープ、シャンプー、コンディショナーがボトルで置いてあるだけ。シャンプー類は質が"

"Staff was warm and welcoming. My room was clean and quiet. Facility is new and clean. Laundry is complimentary which is nice."

"連2天房間打掃都不是很乾淨 還有，早餐都一成不變的菜色 咖啡機每次沖泡都不是熱的"

Check-in was not available until 15:00. During the stay we mislaid the room card and were charged NT$500 for a replacement. That fee felt high for a key card. Sound...

"Love the hotel. especially the staff. The entrance and lobby are grand, and the front desk staff was so nice; not one, but two staff members came to open doors from our Uber with big, friendly smiles. All the staff are well-trained, very nice, and friendly. The restaurant is a must-go, and guests should definitely opt for the breakfast package. I have never seen so many options for an all-you-can-eat hotel breakfast. It is a full-scale restaurant, not a typical hotel breakfast, and you won't...
