"Everything was convenient. Public transportation to the train, bus, and boat were all within a few minutes from the hotel. Staff was accommodating and we had a beautiful view of the Chao Praya river."

"Honestly...brilliant hotel and brilliant staff...really friendly, clean and in a good location. Close enough to night life but also far enough away that it can't be heard...the room was very clean with a beautiful lake view and views of the city...the only thing was it is down a long alley which is around a 5 minute walk to to the hotel. However the hotel runs a shuttle all day till 11pm to and from the hotel to the road. All in all really one of the best places I have ever stayed"

"There is a lot to be desired in terms of customer care. The service feels incredibly rigid rather than welcoming. They enforce a strict deposit policy at check-in, and the bureaucracy is exhausting - requirement to fill out a formal paper form just to borrow an umbrella! It is certainly not pleasant when you just want a quick evening run to the convenience store. After being lecture-warned about the replacement cost if the umbrella got lost, I realized this hotel just isn't right for me. On top...
