"Great stay and location. Staff are as friendly as they get paid for (bit doing anything extra friendly for free lol which is fine) and at some point the fire alarm went off but no one made sure everyone was out. They just closed the door (not lock) where the elevator was. I took the elevator and then exited out the emergency door loool but I didn’t know anything was going on so that was my only gripe.
So good for solo travel! Felt safe, all that jazz."

"The check-in process was slow, late, and chaotic. We made our reservation for 3 rooms months in advance, requesting that we be located on the same floor. At 4:30, rooms weren’t ready, and the check-in process was still in process.
When we asked if we could have a late checkout due to the checkin delay, we were referred to the manager. She denied our request and said they can put us in rooms on different floors if we wanted our rooms at 4:30. Note that we made our request for 3 rooms on the...
