The accessible room was well designed, spacious, and grab bars in good locations. The shower and tub configuration was perfect. Much like a Japanese style bath done American-style. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Handicap parking was very convenient to accessible rooms. The Club also convenient. Appreciated having NHK-World TV on the offerings.

Classic upscale resort without being pretentious. Found it very warm and inviting. Small overlooked areas around the exterior of the Hotel could use some attention/cleanup, but overall very excellent.

Clean room. Great mattress. Excellent linens. Great housekeeping ( smoothly/quickly swapped out a non-functioning in room coffee maker). Staff was gracious and attentive/responsive. This is a really pretty and nicely maintained property. The rooms are clean and comfortable, we enjoyed the health club amenities, the restaurant and coffee shop served great food and drinks and the views of the city and bay are outstanding.

The room was clean and staff very good and friendly. The club amenities are exceptional. It was fine having our pup with us, but no dog bowl etc for in room provided. Maybe if you ask? The room size and configurations vary a lot. It’s an older hotel which can be charming, but in our case the room was very small and not much space for hanging clothes nor chest of drawers. If you request via the Hotel directly it might be best.
