Given my check in being 3pm and I hadn’t gotten there till 1am… to find hair in my shower dirt on my floors and the last persons hair was accessories still in the bathroom was unsatisfactory. When we asked for maintenance, they informed us that maintenance wouldn’t be there til 10:00. We were trying to leave. So my husband asked for a screw driver and he fixed the shower. "There were no staff when we arrived to check in so I was quite disappointed that I had to check in using a machine. It’s very frustrating.
