I was there during the rain storm which was quite insane. The staff in all of this was very good, they tried their best to make the guests as comfortable as possible and help them in any way needed. "Hotel is clean, spacious and has a great breakfast buffet. Only small issue is that we arrived very late after a long delayed flight and were given a room where our child's bed was not set up. We were very tired and had to wait to have the bed set up. This should have been done prior to our arrival. The staff on the front door are very nice and friendly and give you a warm welcome. The hotel is 20min walk from JBR"
