"The hotel was very crowded and never let up. There is nowhere to park except for at the hotel or valet. Parking is $42/night per vehicle. We had to vehicles and I find it ridiculous when hotels want to charge you to park at the establishment you are already paying for. The TV in one of the rooms was not working. We waited 2 hours and 40 minutes for maintenance before giving up and leaving for dinner. The slide at the pool was closed all weekend and that information was not on their site. It was...

"1) My room was assigned to someone else while I was already staying in it! On Day 2 I return to my room at night to find someone else’s name on the TV welcome screen and the lights on! Hotel couldn’t explain what happened and brushed it off as a technical error. The only person who was thoughtful was the security guard, Elizabeth, who checked the room with me and suggested new key cards be issued.
