"Spotless rooms with character. Warm and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. Close to everything but removed just far enough to avoid the crush. So close to train station we just strolled across the plaza and crossed the street! Could not have been better. Hospitality was exceptional! Hope to return. "

"What a beautiful hotel!! Spacious room, updated nice bathroom, and gorgeous views and property. Very friendly staff, too. Breakfast is awesome and they had plenty GF options too. They also have a shuttle to take you up and down the hill to the main part of town, which was very helpful and meant we didn’t have to pay for taxis hardly at all. Overall an amazing place! "

"Our deluxe twin room was spotless and beautiful. It felt like Florence from the minute we walked in. Breakfast on the Tera e every morning with iced lattes and cappuccinos set us up for the day. The location is truly center city within walking to the Uffizi, Duomo, Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio and Academie. S Te aff was friendly and helpful."

"Overall, we were happy with the stay. Few additions could have made difference but for short stay no complaints. Although the breakfast is free and placed at the top which was the best. However, it is small and can be too crowded. "

"Check in was super quick and easy, staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel in general is modern and stylish with good character. Our room was nice, we paid more to have a bigger room but actually it was too big, almost echoing. Walls were plain, needed some more furniture to fill the space. Our room was nice and warm when we turned the heating on. However our bathroom was always very cold. Overall, was a very pleasant stay. "
