"Gorgeous house! The photos don’t convey how spacious and well appointed it is. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there were two living spaces. Comfy beds, bedding and towels. Nice amt of starter k- cups, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Loved the indoor/outdoor living and comfy outdoor furniture by the beautiful pool. Really appreciated that it was dog friendly. We even had dog bowls and doggie waste baggies!"

"We liked the location and the views of the marina. The pool area was nice as well as the services. A nice bar and eating area and the breakfast was excellent! We were surprised by the terrible odors coming from the marina area, as lots of seaweed grass had washed up and was beginning to decay, making it impossible for us to dine at Florida’s because of the smell. I know it is not the hotels fault, as nature is just nature, but whew! The only thing we really did NOT like was the almost daily...

"Stayed at the Art Ovation for a family trip to attend the Ringling College Graduation. We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. I just get better and better. The location is great. Staff are helpful and gracious. Hope the keep the property up to date because the location is VERY popular."

"We found a cockroach in the bathroom and had tiny ants on the counter so the unit needs to be fumigated for sure. They had 3 pools which was great and not a far walk to the beach. "
