"arrivata in struttura mi è stato comunicato che il sistema dell'acqua non funzionava ( solo per la mia stanza???) e mi hanno accompagnato in un hotel vicino Schiller5 che non aveva assolutamente le caratteristiche del Drei lowen da me prenotato. Non credo che ci sia stata anche corrispondenza di prezzo . Il Drei Lowen mi ha offerto a compensazione la colazione presso la loro struttura"
