"Front staff on check in was not very friendly (Osama) and was more concerned with getting paid for parking than getting my room key quickly. On multiple websites it gives pricing and clearly states....alll fees included...this isnt the case. One of two elevators was broken and had a large group staying at site. This created long waits to get to and from room. Room was clean but had broken tiles in bath and long black hair on shower walls. Not what I expected for the price. Probably wont be...

We only stayed one night, but we came away impressed. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. We parked the truck and spent the evening walking around Old Town without ever needing to drive again. One unexpected highlight was the incredible vinyl record collection throughout the hotel. "We booked a last minute weekend for the Fourth of July. Prices were a little steep but expected last minute.
Great location but even better staff here! Everyone was so friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. Truly top notch team.
Location is in walking distance of the lake, shops and restaurants on the creek and The Stanley. A/c in the room was good, beds comfy, we hung out in the lounge/lobby and at the fire pit. Our teens loved the hammocks and s’mores. We would definitely stay again."

"My reservation was hard to find at first, the reception said the reservation was lost in the system because it was booked by Expedia, so a manager had to come and approve my reservation. My only real complaint was only one elevator worked, and I was with my daughter in a wheelchair, I had to wait countless times for the elevator to go up or down and empty so we can finally make it up or down. The morning reception was very kind."
