"The hotel was great! Great location to walk around downtown Phoenix. The pool was basic but worked. 95% of the staff were great, especially the bar staff. There was one staff member that made a derogatory comment to my friends. They were taken aback & didn’t tell me until afterwards so I was unable to address it while on property. Other than this incident, I would stay here again. "

Our first room was very old and the capet was stained and in terrible condition the screen was hanging off of the slider to the balcony and the security latch to the door fell off. There were phones in the room but they weren’t plugged into anything so I had to drive over to the lobby for help changing rooms.
