"This was our second time at the Brookmere. As usual wonderful service food and atmosphere. The pool is great just a relaxing place. Shout out to restaurant staff Janice was great. "A fire alarm was activated in the middle of the night due to a technical glitch……
I felt the staff handle things in a very professional, courteous and understanding manner even though many patrons were inappropriately blaming them for the problem
Overall, everyone affiliated with the hotel provided excellent service especially the restaurant and bar staff who went above and beyond lend beyond providing patrons with extra service
