"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."

"Do not stay at this hotel! especially if disabled and require an accessible room. We had to immediately check out due to the room being inaccessible and not safe. They stated we would receive a full refund within the week but then refused to refund. They are keeping $1500 for a service they did not provide. Huge inconvenience to book another hotel last minute pay extra, relocate luggage and push wheelchair to new hotel. Hotel does not answer calls/emails. Made decision didn't meet refund...
