"The rooms are outdated. The bathroom toilet was like being in a public bathroom. No space to store your toiletries. The bathtub was broken had to call. We asked for late checkout and everyone person you spoke to had a different answer. Some said $25 an extra hour when other people got check out till 2 for free. No consistency and some front desk people were just rude."

"The staff is always wonderful and go above and beyond with anything that you need. It is a beautiful hotel… This is the fourth year in a row that I have stayed there and I’ve never had any problems and the rooms are always beautiful and clean."

"Rooms were so spacious and clean. Staff was so lovely and helpful! Restaurant inside was convenient with great food. Parking close not expensive at all if you’re not interesting in valet but it is offered! Will stay again! "

"Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. Wish there were a few more coffee/tea options in the room or quick, easy coffee options in the lobby without needing to go through breakfast purchase options,etc. A business center for printing would’ve been amazing but front desk staff was able to help and went out of their way for me. "This hotel is conveniently located to the baseball park and the staff were friendly. The parking is not marked well for where to go to park and after prepaying for parking in advance the garage did not recognize that it was paid in advance since it is separate from the hotel and additional assistance and grief was required when I wanted to leave. The room however was dirty with wrappers and nail clippings on the floor from previous guests and mold in the sink."
