"I like the convenience of walking through the hotel to the mall. What I didn't like is paying for parking. I believe that if a customer resides at your hotel, the customer should not have to pay for parking. This feels like price gauging."

"This was our second stay at this location. We love how quick and easy it is to get to Target Center/Field — via skywalk or street/sidewalks. Parking is always a tad challenging with valet parking, but it’s a breeze once it is time to leave. "

"No one was available to help with the luggage when we arrived. Ended up unloading our car ourselves. Went to check in and back to the car still no one was available to assist. About 30 minutes later someone did show up & he was very helpful. Light on the left side of Thebes does not work. To last to address that situation tonight. Overall a nice place."

"Very pleasant stay, had some issues but staff addressed them right away and were always very helpful. Pool, hot tub and sauna were very nice. Pool could use a cleaning, feet kept snagging onto multiple clumps of hair. Everything was near by which was very nice, would definitely recommend and stay here again"
