"#1)They checked us into a room that was already being used. We went in the room and someone’s stuff was in the room!
#2) After we got a non-occupied room, the air conditioning unit was SO noisy. But not in a nice relaxing white noise way. More like it sounded like a tarp flapping in the wind and rattling like crazy.
#3) Also, NO HOT WATER!!! Beware! Several nights we let it run for about 20 minutes and it never got hotter than lukewarm. Only one night out of our 5 night stay did we have hot...

"As always the hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful, however at $266 dollars per night, i won't be coming back at that price. There are other options even at $50 less would be better."

"No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time?
The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back...
