"The staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem with them. I had an issue with the shower, I informed reception and within 5 minutes the maintenance were there and fixed the shower straight away. There is a free courtesy bus which took me to Ao nang, and picked me up later in the day. The coffee machine delivers free coffee and it is delicious.
