The staff was so kind, helpful and professional. The front desk staff was especially very proactive with solving any problem and incredibly friendly and respectful. The back pool and garden was magical and relaxing. The buffet breakfast offered great variety too. The transportation back to the airport, which was organized by the hotel, was incredibly efficient and smooth. We loved our stay at the hotel.

we liked our stay here, the resort is right on the beach - even there are many long boats there so if you want to go in the water you need to walk left or right. the resort is very long, we had a pool access room which was gorgeous but it is a walk to the front of the property and if you want to go to the other side you need to walk all the way to the front and then back. the staff was super nice and helpful, we had the transfer arranged with the hotel from the airport and it was amazing. Room was large and clean, what we were not so in favor is, they had an interconnected door which was closed, but we had some noisy neighbors, the first night we woke up at midnight, and the next days we had every afternoon the pleasure to listen to them make out. breakfast was very yummy and you have it with wonderful beach view. If coming back to Railay beach we would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here feb 14-17 in the honeymoon suite, which I found amusing as it was connected to the spa next door. It was complicated to find we were told to go back and forth from Railay Resort which is separate from Railay Village Resort but close to each other. We got frustrated and told the Railay Resort somebody from the Village resort was going to have to come get us because our travel was extensive and we weren't going to walk back again which they accommodated and someone came to walk us back with our luggage to the correct resort which we would've never found ourselves so beware of that. The room itself was cool, we had gotten used to the hard beds at this point during our travels but the a/c worked well. The Jacuzzi part of the suite was pretty it looks just like the pictures. Only inconvenience there was that the water never got beyond a luke-warm. Its close to lots of bars which is where we ate we thought the "restaurant" associated with the hotel was a waste of time but overall we spent more time away from the villa than inside it, it worked for our travels although I would recommend bringing some things (alcohol, ice, snacks) for the coming and going.

The grounds were breathtaking . Had a room looking out at the pool. Such a beautiful courtyard surrounding the pool- lots of beautiful flowers !!!! Great spot for photos The transfer provided by hotel worked out seamlessly- easy to find airport taxi driver , and then ferry to Railay. The buffet had many options and an omelette station. The massages were ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The rooms are large, AC worked great, bathroom lovely. A few more beachfront loungers might be nice and I’m thankful the staff made sure only hotel guests used the 4 beach loungers . I’d stay again!!!

We stayed two nights at Railay Village Beach Resort in a Deluxe Poolside Room and it was absolutely dreamy. The property may be a few years old, but it’s beautifully maintained and definitely feels like an upper-class stay. The rooms are huge, with an incredibly comfortable bed and plenty of space to unwind. The pool is stunning, surrounded by plumeria and tropical flowers that make it feel like your own private oasis. Lounge chairs can be a little competitive since there aren’t many, so grab one early if you’re keen, but each patio has its own seating area, so it’s never really an issue. The resort is wonderfully quiet. You’re steps from the beach and the main strip, yet you hear none of the noise. It feels tucked away while still being perfectly central. The staff are fantastic, warm and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with a generous buffet selection including hot dishes, salad bar, pastries, breads, juices, coffee, and a made-to-order egg station. We loved our stay here. Comfortable, peaceful, beautiful, and perfectly located. What’s not to like? 10/10, would happily relax at Railay again.

I stayed 2 nights in the 'Honeymoon Suite'. Railay West Beach is superb especially early morning before the boats arrive. Later it gets over-busy with continuous noise and too much shoreline taken up by the boats - it seems the national park need to get a grip on adequate regulation of numbers and pollution. The garden and pools setting is well designed and beautifully maintained - an oasis of peace. The honeymoon suite itself is spacious but somewhat dated and overdue for a refurb - a single cracked washbasin is not what you might expect at this price point. In particular the light switching is a joke involving 'a tour of the estate' to control but extraordinarily with no lights or control at the bedhead. That said buffet breakfast is great and staff were lovely.

Wie schon einige zuvor beanstandet haben. Die Armaturen im Bad, Waschbecken, Regendusche, Toilette und Siphon sind sehr stark angeschlagen und müssten dringend erneuert werden. Toilette riecht auch nach der Reinigung sehr unangenehm.

Room was okay. Pool was cold and guests need to stake their claim on lounge chairs very early in the morning. Breakfast was disorganized to say the least. Understaffed, under stocked. Very limited choices. One single coffee machine for the whole breakfast clientele. Beach was horribly crowded during the day, noisy and a parking lot for long tail boats. Really suited for one or two day visits.

The room was not ready at check-in, but everything else was great. It was a lovely room. We love the West side and are glad we booked there. The breakfast was the best we had in our 12 days in Thailand.

Nice, large room that was relatively clean. They have a one pool/beach towel per guest per day policy which seems reasonable except you have to wait until the next day when your room is cleaned to exchange your towel. We had to ask multiple times to get fresh beach/pool towels. Breakfast choices were limited and items were often empty. Railay beach is busy with a constant flow of longtail boats parking along the shore to load and unload passengers. They also park in the swimming area (aka no boats should be allowed) in front of the hotel, making swimming and beach playing dangerous. The hotel should enforce the policy of no boats in its swimming area. On the positive, staff is extremely friendly. We found the bellman and the front desk to be very friendly and helpful.

Room was good as were the pool facilities. We had a pool access room. Service and quality of food in the ‘restaurant’ wasn’t good at all and needs serious improvement. There was an offer of a NYE buffet dinner with ‘free’ soft drinks which we thought was Daylight robbery and skipped for the very good free evening 5 metres away on the beach. Hotel does not try to serve alcohol and does not feature it on menu’s. It’s a kinda strange business model in a party location like Railay. Consequently restaurant was generally deserted in the evening, that along with surly service Breakfast service was a little better but staff not responsive and counter kept running out of glasses, cups etc most days. Food wasn’t very good quality either.

照明が少々暗いかなと感じましたが、扉の鍵が木でできていたり、家具の質感、アメニティを入れる器等こだわりを感じました。ビーチも目の前で、雰囲気もとても満足度が高かったです。

Outstanding in every area. Right on beach, great breakfast. Before tourists arrive and its quiet, cant imagine a more perfect beach. Pool area lovely, recommend rooms overlooking it, although the chalets looked gorgeous too.
