"Elevators - hard to operate for most guests Shower and bathroom sink small and no consistent with quality accommodations. TV difficult to operate. Ed pillows are tiny and not suitable for a bed. Service team is very friendly and overall views are great. Room size is fine and closets great! "

Black and silver decor feels very mid70’s. Though I’m sure it’s been updated since then. Just not a fan of the moody darkness. "

"The hotel is right in downtown Nashville, a few blocks uphill from Broadway where the crowds hang out. So it was a good location to all the must-see spots. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the hotel could use a refresher. "

"Great place close to Broadway. Excellent property , and personnel… Wish they had access to ice without room delivery tho…We stayed over the weekend and Broadway was busy. The noise level was moderate to extreme till 3a ! Nothing the hotel can do, just a heads up if you’re used to a 11p bedtime… We would most definitely return to the AC !"

"Second time staying here the only issue is the homeless that wander the immediate area, however security is tight and keeps an eye on things now. Otherwise this is a great place away from the mayhem, we had a king suite with an amazing view and the pool area here is awesome."

"My stay at the Thompson was great, however, i was incredibly disappointed in how uncomfortable the bed was. I'f i'm paying $600 for a room, the bed better be top notch. Instead it felt like a dorm room bed. Stiff with zero comfort. "

"This was our second stay in a Cambria Hotel and I am glad we went with them again. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were all so helpful. The valet attendants were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us. We will definitely stay with Cambria in our next city!"
