"Super disjointed staff. They gave our room away and then we had to wait over two hours to get checked in. Window in the room was broken, the bed frame had pieces sticking out of it. The bed itself was horribly uncomfortable. I asked the staff if there was anything they could do to compensate for the wait and they said no but they wish they could. Pretty bad experience especially since it was unbelievably expensive. "
