"An absolute gem. The staff were wonderful and so welcoming. Organised everything from airport transfers, tuk tuks and breakfast box for an early tour start. "First thing I noticed when I entered our room was the towel on the bed, which was thread-bare. It was thin and just a tad better than a paper towel. I requested for a two-bed room when I reserved the room but when I got there, I was told that they can give me a two bed for only three nights of our four nights stay. Imagine packing up our things to transfer to another room. "

"Great location. Quiet street but 10 minutes walk to the centre. This hotel is lovely. The rooms are spacious and kept spotlessly clean by the staff. The reception staff and restaurant staff were all really helpful (especially the evening male staff member who’s name I didn’t manage to get) he went out of his way to help when we had a problem. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I’d recommend it to anyone. If I am ever in siem reap again I would definitely stay here. "
