"I loved this hotel, I got an upgrade in my room bc my status in Expedia and a 10 dollars gift card , the room was great , Ac very strong I loved that and the bed was one of the best thing … breakfast was fine as well , and the staff was extra friendly, they even let me check out 1 hour later for free …the only thing I didn’t like was the pool, the water feels weird and the pool is not in the best shape but I saw a sign they they will closed it for 2 weeks for repairs so it will be great soon…...

"I have stayed at this hotel previously and have seen the deteriation that is taking place there they gave me a room where black mould was growing along the grouting in the shower there was exposed electrical wiring to the shower unit and at 1 - 00am an electric pump fired up outside the room pumping water loudest noise ever I changed rooms the next day where the shower was in the same state with black mould I went out and bought bleach to treat the mould which did kill the mould tv in rooms did...

"The room was very clean and everything in the room was up-to-date. Staff was very friendly. We needed help with something in the room and they came right away. Breakfast was delicious. We left early for the temple one morning and they even made a breakfast to go and the pool was amazing on a very hot day. The hotel is very walkable to the city center, which is nice."

"Great location for visiting Angkor Wat. It’s a little far from Pub Street and the main restaurant area, but it’s not a problem if you use apps like Grab. The staff were very kind and professional. I once accidentally went out without locking the safe, but they handled the situation wonderfully. I think there is still room for improvement when it comes to the breakfast."
