"The Atlantis hotel is showing its age a little now. We’ve been staying here regularly for about 10 years and it could do with some upgrades. But it’s in a great location, close to the train station, walking distance to many good restaurants, not far from Spencer st DFO and the price is very good."

"Design of bathroom is not great. Water from shower wets floor everywhere. Toilet is situated at entrance to shower so it's wet after taking shower.
Good location right by Flinders street station and CBD area"

"We've stayed at this hotel a number of times but were dissapointed this time. The hotel is looking very tired and is in need on a good upgrade. One lift wasn't operational for the entire stay which was frustrating at peak times. The breakfast buffet was frequently unstocked and what was available was less than impressive. Not sure how you can muck up scrambled eggs!
The rooms are very standard, and we didnt have the "basic" room. Not all amenities were restocked daily. "
