"Breakfast was good although repetitive and fairly limited. For example, same thing every day. Sausage was tasty but never had bacon. I never found fruit. We did not use the pool. The employees were excellent and extremely helpful. Parking is a little pricey and the valet parking was slow at times.
The hotel offers free drinks and a buffet every night which is highly unusual. We found the free drinks not to our liking, but the food was different each night and really only one item with salad...

"The valet parking staff were excellent—always friendly, smiling, and genuinely welcoming every time we saw them.
Unfortunately, our check-in experience was quite poor. The front desk agent was rude and sarcastic, seeming visibly annoyed by our simple questions.
The room itself was in need of updating and a deeper clean. The bathroom counters were dusty and dirty, which was disappointing for the price point.
Overall, the friendly valet team stood out positively, but the check-in service and room...

"We had to move from 2 rooms
First room was damp and smelt musty and had a definite water issue
Then had to move from the second room of our nine nights stay because of flooding issues in the bathroom from the above apartment
The hotel charge for parking at a very exuberant rate of 60 dollars per night
The restaurant was very nice and our waiter Francisco made our stay very enjoyable with his gracious personality
The hotel on the whole was very nice but I don’t think I would return"

"The River View was excellent and we enjoyed the balcony. We were not told that we shared a balcony with 3 other rooms though. The bed was rather lunpy and hard. I told the front desk at checkout and she didn’t respond. We will be back if we are in San Antonio"
