I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "A great hotel but if u want a nice quite hotel it’s not for u it’s extremely busy and loud it’s more very similar to a hard rock hotel so very fresh but crazy, vip lounge is great apart from they said u get canopies well nuts r not canopies very disappointed with that bit but the drinks was great .. room was nice we had a king suite was on the corner of oxford street so was really noisey in the middle of the night it was like the window was open but it wasn’t .. its next to Marble Arch so great...

"Unfortunately, the room size was a bit too small for 2 people, but everything else was excellent. The SPA and breakfast was great, all rooms were clean and well maintained. There is a Starbucks cafe in the ground floor also available and the bar to serve drinks to people. The location of hotel is very well positioned, just 3 minutes aways from the tube or the main road with plenty bus options."

The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
