They were also quick to resolve a minor issue with the room safe. We stayed in the brand-new standard studio (#13, no pool), which was spacious, sparkling, and well-appointed. The ceiling fans & A/C kept us comfortable, and the location was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, ATM, and shops....

"In the morning of the day of check-in, we got a message from this hotel telling us they are undergoing “construction” and don’t know what when will finish. Said they had put us in their sister hotel - Koh Ma Resort - “which is more expensive” They give us no choice at that point, as we cannot cancel on the day of check-in. In Koh Ma everything was closed and only one restaurant available,which the hotel restaurant. It was so depressing... nothing to do at all. "

But Buri Rasa is delightful on lots of levels (staff, stylish rooms, nice breakfast, great happy hour with fabulous cocktail waiters)…and a great choice for families with children. We came with our 16 year old and were glad to escape the cannabis shops for a few days! Fabulous resort "
