Perfection in Paradise

The BEST resort on Haad Rin Bay for the Full Moon Party. You are right on the beach with gorgeous views of the bay everyday was waking up in PARADISE! The Burger shack across the street is unbelievably DELICIOUS! The location was excellent

The hotel is located right on Haad Rin Beach, making it an excellent choice if you want to be part of the Full Moon Party. It is undoubtedly the best hotel on this beautiful beach. We stayed in a recently renovated building, where everything was new and well-maintained. However, we found the room layout less than ideal. The entrance features a large glass door, and unless the curtains are fully closed, people walking in the corridor can see directly into the room—including the bed, which is positioned right in front of the door. The pool is fantastic and inviting, providing a refreshing break from the beach, which is just two meters away. The hotel’s restaurant is also a highlight, offering delicious food at reasonable prices, with a breathtaking beachfront setting. The staff is polite and responsive, though the level of service lacks the pampering touch we have come to expect in Thailand.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is nice and updated. The breakfast, which is included, has a nice buffet and menu. The location is great - especially if you’re going to a full moon party. There’s also a nice gym connected to the hotel. The facilities are being updated, so there’s construction and it’s family friendly, so be ready for kids in the pool. All in all, we had a nice time.

Il n’avait pas de volley-ball de massage de yoga et d’activité comme specifie sur le site. De plus le service de nettoyage de vêtements ils ont brisé des vêtements et tout était froissé. Le restaurant est dispendieux mais délicieux

Dårligt og uhygiejnisk hotel

Hostel agtig hotel, hvilket jeg slet ikke var på udkig efter. Beliggenhed er ganske fin, til en lækker strand. Men nøj hvor var værelset bare under al kritik. Gammelt og lugtede! Klam badeværelse. Der var ikke nok vandtryk i bruseren. Sengen var hård. Plettet sengetøj! Håndklæder hvor jeg måtte tænke mig om en ekstra gang, om jeg ville tørre mig i dem. Heldigvis havde vi kun to overnatninger og hurtigt videre. Sand and Tan caféen var lækker. Jeg ved ikke, om det er en del af hotellet, men billeder på hotels kan være misvisende, at man tror hotellets indretning er lækkert på den måde.

I was really surprised when we got there that it was rated a 4-star resort. The standard rooms are very spacious but they need remodeled badly as there is a musty smell. The staff was wonderful and showed us 4 different room possibilities because of the smell. We switched to a less musty smelling room but it was still not great so they showed us more and ultimately upgraded us to a Villa. The villas were 4-star rooms and newer. The facility was clean it was just old and needs redone. I can’t emphasize enough how great the staff was. They were doing their best with the facilities they had and provided great customer service

I cancelled my booking shortly after I booked as my friend had booked alternative accommodation for us and I did not realise. This was within the ‘no charge agreement’. We were both on the same booking (2 rooms), but turns out I needed to cancel the rooms separately - even though I booked on the same booking. This is not clear. Therefore I lost $500AUD. I pleaded my case to the booking agency and they took it to the hotel - they refused to look into or consider my case. Very disappointing.

풀문파티를 즐기기 위해 떠난 곳, 조기 할인 받아서 가성비 좋게 이용할 수 잇었습니다. 파티하는 날 뜻하지 않게 디너도 무료로 먹을 수 있었고, 파티장 바로 앞이라 화장실 이용도 편했고! 다만 좀 시끄러운 부분은 있었지만 잘 선택했습니다.

The hotel is located on the full moon party beach. The bed sheets wasn't changed although we ask them to change them. Irene in the reception was the best- she knows everything and is kind and helpful. The hotel itself is very noisy and reminds more of a hostel. The breakfast was good but they do not refill it towards the end so you need to go there early. The hotel gave us a free dinner for free at the night of the full moon party- it was great.
