Koh Madsum Hotel Guide - 4 Stars Hotels in Koh Madsum, Koh Samui

Stunning rooms with egg shaped bath outside on the balcony as well as a shower inside. Huge comfortable bed with lovey crisp soft silky cotton sheets. Huge tv with Netflix. Also has a kitchen if you want to self cater. Would definitely stay here again

When traveling to the other side of then globe, it's nice to know that you'll be welcomed when you get there. To say that the staff at Rocky's were all accommodating would be an understatement. From our fantastic room to the private boat tour to scooter rentals, there wasn't a thing we were want for. The private beach was a major plus, as it's great to have you own little space away from it all. I almost don't want the "secret" of Rocky's to get out, as this was one of the most enjoyable...

A beautiful, well run boutique hotel. We arrived during a massive storm so didn’t see the hotel at its best, but once the storm had passed the staff worked exceptionally hard to tidy up and put all the furniture back out and it looked great. Breakfast was lovely with cooked to order eggs and a small but lovely buffet of pastries, bread and cereal. Room wasn’t be biggest but beautifully decorated and spotless. Loved my stay here, very relaxing

Lovely place - great staff Nice pool - dining options Very chill

What a place! The location is high up on a mountain with amazing views. You are given round the clock usage of private cars which the drivers take you where you want to go, mostlyis courtsey. Each villa is individual and all with traditional Thai decor. We stayed in Camellia villa which has fantastic ocean views and it’s own plunge pool. The villa was fully equipped with everything you would need along with special touches of oriental flowers and fruit. Water was placed in your fridge every day...

just returned from this hotel and it was great will be going back again next year .there are many steps but nothing to difficult keeps you fit .the staff are great and the manager has a cocktail night from 6/7 every Tuesday free on the hotel never had this before in any hotel I had stayed in before on the island def recommend it 100%

fantastic hotel staff in restaurant always on hand to help birthday during stay staff sang happy birthday and supplied a selection of cakes on beach. GREAT PLACE

Excellent experience. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. We enjoyed the Thai language and massage workshops! Though initially we were apprehensive about staying on the secluded part of the island, we definitely made the right choice and appreciated the serenity away from the crowds of Chaweng. Mopeds are available to rent for a small fee and you can easily explore the sights of the island in a day or two and still make it back for a...

This was our second visit to Siam Residence. We came originally in 2023. We love the simplicity, quietness and relaxed vibe here. Its lovely to just walk along the beach as far as you can go in either direction. The villas are big in terms of bedroom, bathroom and lounge. Maybe starting to show a bit of age in terms of decor but still good. The pool is lovely and the beach front is the best of the handful of properties on this beach. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The staff put a...

Had a 2 week stay at this hotel and from the moment we arrived it was amazing. Staff are very friendly, attentive and professional. All the food in the hotel (and believe me we tried pretty much all of it) was brilliant. Short walk along the beach to Bophut Fishing village with more bars, restaurants and shops. Only negative was that the holiday ended too early. Would definitely go back.

The Resort was excellent. The Villas were beautifully kept with some unique features which made it very special. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. It had a magical feeling in the evening looking out at the sea with a beautiful breeze. I would thoroughly recommend this wonderful place to anyone

Excellent stay. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and their attention to detail was fabulous. Loved the decor of the property. It was traditional, with the bamboo and wood decor, gives the place a zen like feeling. Best part was the location of the hotel and the way it is designed. Even though we were in the busy part of chaweng we never felt like it. It was very calm and peaceful. The beach was excellent, only issue was that there was some patches of dirt. Breakfast was above average and food...

Rally good location right on the beach and close to bars and restaurants. There's is a cash point right outside and hotel staff really friendly.

Everything was 10/10 Staff, room, resort, food etc etc Would definatly recommend and if have the chance will come back.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn surpassed all expectations. The hotel is lovely, and I would recommend booking a playground or pool view room as some of the other rooms overlook the car park, and these other ones are much nicer and quieter. We finally got our kids (who usually refuse any kids clubs) to actually ask to go into the kids club multiple times. It's excellent and the staff in there are great with the kids. Parents can also sit inside or just outside (it has huge windows) so you don't...

Wow! They have thought of everything. We had a luxury apartment and it had everything we could have wished for. Lounge, dining room kitchen etc were great Beds were perfect, bathrooms amazing. Staff great and prompt action if we had a question or needed anything. Pools amazing. Food great but you need to go early in the evening as you get the feeling the restaurant staff want to finish and go home. If you’re planning to cook yourself ensure you do your food shop before arriving as the location...
