Nice room and very good buffet breakfast. Convenient free shuttle to the Chi Beach Club. Resort pool is nice - lounge chairs were limited in a small space. The website is deceiving and makes you think the resort is beachfront - but it’s not - it’s located well away from the beach.

The pool area was great and the design of the hotel was modern and well thought-out. Quieter area, maybe not as much to around the hotel (walking distance). Staff okay. Nice amenities (sauna). The app used within the hotel is a nice idea, but not fully realized yet (few bugs, other people ordering on our tab for example).

Staff were all lovely. Property was stunning. Couldn’t use the pool as it was out of action which was a shame as that was one of the reasons we booked, it’s a beautiful pool area. Would have liked to spend more time there. Very handy for airport and exploring the town. Would defo stay again.

Chi Samui is a lovely resort. My room was very nice. It’s very clean. The sauna is fabulous, just had to ask to have it turned on. The staff was helpful and kind. The pool and floaties are nice. The pool was quite warm. The food and drink is good, it does get expensive but the 7/11 is about a 10 minute walk. The Chi Samui Beach Club is beautiful with places to chill around the pool or relax on a chaise one the beach.
