We arrived at 0935 and were turned away as it was a weekend buffet and they don’t take anyone after 0930. However, they made good on their mistake and credited us back without any issues. "

About 2am we were woken up by a very load knocking sound on our wall. We were at the end of the hall, so there were no rooms beyond ours.
