"It was a roof above our heads that’s for sure. Our stay started with hiccups. We understand that Coachella is a big event but that should also anticipate their readiness when it comes to having rooms ready when guest arrive for a 4pm check in. For our time I guess someone thought it would be great to book not only for Coachella but another group booking at the same time, causing many delays.
