"The room smelled like the breath of the last 28 guests and their ancestors all the way to Mozart accumulated over time. It clearly had NOT been ventilated for months and that caused the air to smell stuffy and stale. Extremely unpleasant.
And on top of that the AC did NOT work (despite the fact that the Expedia ad clearly says it includes AC). When we confronted the front desk about it they dismissed our complaint and told us to “open the window” (excuse me??? It was cold and rainy outside!!)....

"We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was super nice and gave us a room upgrade as well facing the beautiful mountains view. The hotel is located in a great location. Lots of small cafes and restaurants around. The mamma mia pizza place was one of the best pizzas I’ve had. A small window baklava cafe is must go which is 5 minutes walk away.
The ski resort is worth. The mountains are beautiful to go to on cable car especially if you catch it on a sunny day.
