"We stayed for two nights to go to a wedding. The day of check-in it was a madhouse with all of the guests and only two employees working the desk. The staff wanted me to take a lesser room because it was available, but I’d already paid for a deluxe room. They were quick to turn around the room for us to get in. "Hotel was good. We stayed on the 20th floor which the view was amazing. Bed very comfortable. The only downside was check-in took long. Was supposed to be at 4.00pm
But are room wasn’t available till 5:30pm."

"Eclectic and quirky design elements here and there, in alignment with the hotel also sharing space with an art gallery/museum. My room was impeccable: well-laid out, spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner at the bar at Metropole was delightful, as was breakfast in the main room the next day. Very conveniently located, too! My only complaint was that the coffeemaker or phone in my room did not work, and despite three attempts to get that sorted it out, it wasn't taken care of. More a situation...

"Perfect location for what we were there for, a ball game! The views were stunning! The room was perfect and well appointed!! The staff could not have been more helpful!! The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly.
Kaitlyn that checked us in went the extra mile to help us get checked in early and even came outside to help us get parked due to the street being closed due to the ballgame.
We usually stay at the Hilton chains but I will definitely look for more of the Marriott...
