"Room small, with no chair. No telephone for emergencies and no radio.
Vanity in bathroom too small with open sides so things fall through the sides onto the floor.
Towels scratchy and sometimes frayed.
Room 412 in desperate need of repainting.
Staff very courteous and helpful.
Generally, I was disappointed in my room and likely will not stay there again."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel often. Location location location. This time my room seems to have been renovated. The bathroom specifically. Looks to be mostly new. And despite World Cup soccer and weddings and business meetings the property felt wide open and spacious. Parking is a little more expensive this time. The front desk staff and coffee shop cafe staff are permanently happy and smiling. I will be staying here again."

"I have been and stayed at this hotel many times, and it’s always been a good experience. Not so much bang for my buck. $250 for a bed for the night is, in my opinion, over the top, but thats just me.
To that, I find the staff full of attitude and very unhelpful. Upon checking in, I stood at the desk in front of the young lady that was in duty for about 30 seconds. This may not seem like a long time, and I am certainly not going to exaggerate saying, ‘I stood there for five minutes’. In that...

"We had a great stay at the Hilton. The breakfast was phenomenal, with a huge variety of delicious options to choose from. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The pillows were especially amazing-you can always tell a great hotel by how comfortable the pillows are! Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely return."
