"The air-conditioning was out in the main lobby and every hallway. The elevator had no air circulation. The room was okay. There was a lot of trash under my bed from previous guests. I wpuldnt stay at this hotel again if given a choice."

"I loved it there. All the staff members were knowledgeable and kind. The kids and I loved the restaurant which was attached to the old mall. There was an area you could look down at it and see the emptiness. Plus the view of the harbor while eating. Rooms were clean, beds looked nice. Hated paying for parking because i didnt follow dirwctions of the signs and I got a large fine. My own fault."

"Front desk was quick and professional. Room was 80 degrees and there was nothing they could do. There was a 4th of July event and it was very poorly planned. A lot of people with no wristbands were in the pool area and no one was checking. I won't be back to this hotel."

It looked like spilled beverages or products, and the vent for the airflow to my room would constantly shake every time the air came on making it sound like someone was trying to open my door. Anytime I needed something. I had to go down to the front desk and get it myself and a package I was supposed to be delivered was never brought to my room. There was clearly a domestic dispute on my floor with people yelling in the hallway at midnight,...

"Ordered a Western omelet and was served a plain omelet. When I explained what a Western omelet includes, the server insisted ham was an extra $2 and clearly had no idea what I was referring to. The interaction made it obvious they weren’t familiar with the item at all even though its on the menu. It was late, we didn’t have time to argue, and the whole experience was frustrating and not worth the effort."

"Clean property and helpful staff.. at the time the hot tub was out of order with freezing temperatures outside and pool was a little less warming.. but beautiful property."
