"Great location on Navy Pier. Just a few steps away from boat tours and 10 minute walk to downtown. Excellent room, especially liked the big chair to look out the window at Lake Michigan and the fabulous Chicago skyline. Hotel staff were very nice. Restaurant and bar were good. "

The room and experience was very reminiscent of Fairmont (I usually stay at a Fairmont but I wasn't able to secure the room needed for the dates) but with a considerable cost savings so I definitely chose well. "We stayed just one night after attending a concert at the United Center, travelling in from the South Suburbs. It was a convenient walk from Millennium Station, then a CTA bus ride to the United Center. We felt safe returning to the hotel that night. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The double bed, city view room was a nice size for two people. The beds were comfortable, as it was quiet to get a good night's rest. I would definitely stay again. "
