They told us that they were sold out, but they would have a new room for us next day and that I would not be charged for that night. They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price.
